Isfahan - Shiraz Railway
Isfahan - Shiraz Railway with an approximate length of 506km has been designed and implemented
to connect Fars Province (cities of Shahreza, Abadeh, Eghlid, Safashahr, Sa'adatshahr and Shiraz)
to the integrated Iranian railways, which it would be connected to Asalouyeh and Boushehr in the
future. This project, which is located in the Iranian northern-southern corridor, established a
rapid and safe connection between the southern Iran with the central and northern cities of the
country. Also due to the closeness of Shiraz city to the Persian Gulf, it is considered as a
connection bridge for goods transit from the Persian Gulf coast ports to the big cities and
capital city and also increasing employment in this kind of regions.
Pars Details of Duties in this Project:
Study of the path in lengh of 130km and supervision on project implementation: totally 100km in four sections.
